We have always been kept fully informed of progress, and the finished results have always been to the highest standard. My house had ongoing boiler and UFH issues which were in dire need of overhauling or replacing. When I phoned Dennis to say that my requirements had become urgent due to serious boiler issues, he created a time slot for me straightaway. Within 2 days a new boiler had arrived and Dennis, with his team spent 10 hours that day installing a new Worcester Bosch 35cdi along with the correct regulation flue.
